We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Foxborough Commons in Sandusky, Ohio. Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Responsibilities
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks
- Snow removal when needed

- $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
