Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
1 years or more of experience in apartment maintenance
Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas

Nice To Haves

EPA and/or HVAC Certification preferred
Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs

Responsibilities

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Must participate being on call (1 week every 7 weeks)
Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)
