Apartment Maintenance Technician

Easlan Management is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician for The Georgian Apartments in Rincon, GA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, executing repairs, troubleshooting, ensuring apartment turnovers, and performing preventative maintenance. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Ownership and provision of necessary tools for assigned duties.
- Proficient use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Prior experience in apartment property maintenance preferred.
- Comfortable with duties related to maintaining apartment units
- Neat, well-groomed, and well-spoken, with the ability to interact professionally with potential and current residents
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vacated apartments, including minor painting, repair walls, doors, woodwork, plumbing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscape pruning, and electrical work.
- Maintain properties' interior and exterior appearance to enhance "street curb appeal" for potential tenants.
