About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician. This role involves completing work orders, turning units between tenants, performing various repairs, assisting with preventative maintenance, and participating in an on-call system. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
• Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
• EPA HVAC Certification a plus
• CPO Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
