We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL. Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities, facilities maintenance, hospitality engineering, commercial buildings, or related environments
- Demonstrated skills in at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, or similar disciplines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency call coverage, and rotating on-call responsibilities
- Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency response when scheduled for on-call duty
- Ability to safely lift, move, and work with maintenance equipment and materials
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and support fellow team members
- Complete apartment turns according to AIR standards to create outstanding move-in experiences
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, and other building systems
- Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining high quality workmanship
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed
- Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts when assigned
- Provide guidance, training, and technical support to less experienced technicians when appropriate
- Adapt to seasonal priorities and community needs while helping maintain a safe, well-maintained property
