Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing
• Great communication & customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days
• Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification
• EPA license
• CPO certification (preferred – saltwater pool)

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
• Interior/exterior painting & staining
• HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
• Grounds maintenance & preventative care
• Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation
