About The Position

Monarch is seeking a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana. Requirements

2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience).
Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to help with on call.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Perform apartment maintenance tasks.
Assist with on-call duties.
Conduct maintenance skills assessment during the interview process.
Physically demonstrate ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

$19.00- $23.00/HR
