About The Position
Service Technicians at Sequoia help keep residents happy by handling a range of maintenance tasks. The technician serves as a go-to person for maintenance, completing work such as fixing basic electrical switches, repairing appliances, installing shower heads, and patching drywall. The role also includes ensuring homes are spotless and ready for move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for residents, and interacting with residents in a friendly manner.
Requirements
