About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities at Candlewood Court and Knollwood Townhomes in Inverness, Florida. The role requires a self-motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of similar experience, capable of working independently and possessing their own tools. The position involves a rotating schedule across two properties and includes on-call availability for emergencies. A valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance are mandatory. All applicants must pass a basic maintenance exam, provide references from prior supervisors, and complete pre-employment screenings for drugs, alcohol, and background checks. Requirements
