About The Position

The Dual-Site Apartment Service Tech II will be responsible for maintenance at Waterside Place by Windsor (236 apartment homes) and The Victor by Windsor (286 apartment homes) in Boston, MA. Successful candidates may come from backgrounds in apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel maintenance, or general building maintenance and work order management. This role requires intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. The technician must be available for a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software.
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work and participation in on-call rotations.
  • EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures for apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
  • Provide exceptional service to teammates and residents, supporting the company’s values and culture.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work orders using smart devices and property management software.
  • Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
