About The Position

Monarch is seeking a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana. This is a year-round position with unlimited growth potential and a focus on internal advancement. The company emphasizes employee recognition and appreciation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to help with on call and with snow removal.
  • Must pass a maintenance skills assessment during the interview process.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to physically demonstrate the ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform apartment maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with on-call duties.
  • Participate in snow removal.
