About The Position

Monarch is seeking a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana. This is a year-round position with unlimited growth potential and a focus on internal advancement. The company emphasizes employee recognition and appreciation.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
HVAC experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to help with on call and with snow removal.
Must pass a maintenance skills assessment during the interview process.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to physically demonstrate the ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

$19.00- $22.00/HR
