About The Position

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Park Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge required
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• On-site maintenance calls
• Preventative maintenance
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

• Pay of $28.00 - $32.00/hr. based on experience
