Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a maintenance skills assessment
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to physically demonstrate the ability to complete the basic job duties during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance staff.
Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
Conduct skills assessment during the interview process.
Undergo pre-employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screening.
Demonstrate physical ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

Benefits

$27.00-$29.00 an hour
Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
On-call bonus structure, up to $1,300 annually
