About The Position

Monarch Investment is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor at our Mt Carmel Village Apartments. At Monarch, we’re more than just a team — we’re a family. Requirements

3+ years of general maintenance experience
HVAC Certification (Required)
Skilled in: Drywall, Carpentry, Painting Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.) Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting) Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher) Water Heater (gas & electric)
A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
Pre-employment drug & background screening required as well as a valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

EPA License (Preferred)
CPO Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Handle daily work orders based on priority
Make-Readies & Unit Turns
Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining
HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
Grounds Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance
Keep work areas neat and organized
Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
