Requirements

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing
• Experience managing maintenance up to 300 units
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
• Experience working with maintenance budgets
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
• Certifications: HVAC Certification, EPA Certification
• Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry, Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe), Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures), Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.), Water heater repair (gas and electric)

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a multi-site maintenance manager
• CPO Certification

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks)
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
