About The Position

Village Green is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join their team at Brixin Townhomes of Kimberley Crossroads & Brixin Townhomes at Magnolia Heights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting residents, and helping drive the operational success of a thriving apartment community. As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and financial performance while helping maintain a high standard of service for our residents. Requirements

  • Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance
  • Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Nice To Haves

  • EPA certification or HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders
  • Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards
  • Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff
  • Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.
