Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to complete basic job duties (physical demonstration required during interview)
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Hands-on work with work orders and apartment turns as needed.

$27.00-$30.00 an hour
