Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening
Physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process

Responsibilities

Helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
Performing duties split between this role and the head technician on site.

$27.00-$30.00 an hour
