About The Position

We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for our Pine and Parker community in Parker, CO. At AIR Communities, our maintenance team plays a vital role in creating an exceptional resident experience. We're looking for a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, oversee a skilled team, and ensure our community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained.

Requirements

Maintenance leadership experience in multifamily housing or a related field
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
A reliable mode of transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a maintenance team
Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
Manage vendors, maintenance projects, and property upkeep
Monitor budgets and control expenses
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents
