About The Position
Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Stonecliffe Apartments in Monroeville, PA. Requirements
- 3 years of experience managing a team
- Apartment or hotel experience required
- HVAC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
