About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Glacier Ridge apartment community in Cut Bank, MT. This is a HUD property with 36 units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position is full-time, 30-35 hours a week.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
