Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and online channels
• Following up with prospects
• Converting leads into residents
• Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
• Walking applicants through lease terms, pricing, and community features
• Assisting current residents with questions or service requests
• Preparing and maintaining resident files
• Supporting overall community marketing and leasing efforts
