About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Leasing Sales Consultant at Solis at Flamingo in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fast-paced apartment leasing role for a goal-driven sales professional who can build rapport, follow up consistently, handle objections, and close. If you have succeeded in commission-based retail sales, apartment leasing, wireless, automotive, fitness, hospitality, or another high-volume sales environment, your experience may transfer well to this long-term opportunity.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-based environment.
  • Commission-based retail sales, apartment leasing, wireless, automotive, fitness, hospitality sales, or similar experience is highly transferable.
  • A proven ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, manage follow-up, handle objections, and close with confidence.
  • A goal-driven, commission-motivated mindset with interest in a stable, long-term opportunity.
  • Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the leasing sales cycle: respond to leads, qualify prospects, schedule tours, present apartment value, overcome objections, and close leases.
  • Meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, pricing, and follow-up goals.
  • Deliver a strong prospect and resident experience through consultative selling, professional communication, and reliable follow-through.
  • Use community features, market knowledge, and pricing conversations to position Villas at Towngate competitively.
  • Support AIR communities as needed and follow all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
