Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
Respond to leads, calls, emails, and online inquires promptly and consistently
Complete follow-up with prospects and work toward established leasing/conversion goals
Process applications, verify required documentation, and assist with move-in preparation
Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in the property management system
Assist current residents with questions, concerns, and general customer service needs
Support resident retention efforts, including renewal follow-up and resident outreach
Maintain the appearance and reediness of the leasing office, model, amenities, and tour path
Participate in property marketing and outreach efforts
Assist with resident events and other property initiatives
Work collaboratively with management and maintenance to provide a positive resident experience
Complete other administrative and operational duties as assigned
