Apartment Leasing Agent
About The Position
We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Management Support property, the Villas at Oakwell Farms, which features 250 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance. Our company, MS, manages luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with exceptional amenities, currently overseeing approximately 13,500 units across 36 properties. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- English writing skills.
- Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
- Managing your calendar of appointments.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills.
- Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
Nice To Haves
- Higher education a plus.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus.
- Transferable sales experience.
- Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
