About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our San Antigua property, which features 320 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly rate of $17.50 - $19.50 plus a leasing bonus. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off during the same payroll period. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• English writing skills
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
