About The Position

MS is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent for its Las Colinas at Black Canyon property, which has 304 apartment units. The company manages approximately 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties and is dedicated to providing an outstanding living experience and high-level resident service. The ideal candidate will be confident in their sales skills and personality to achieve high productivity. The company is willing to train applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation includes an hourly pay rate of $17.00 - $20.00 plus a leasing bonus, based on experience and anticipated performance. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and includes some weekend and holiday work on a rotating schedule. There are opportunities for career advancement within the company to positions such as Data Entry, Assistant Manager, and Apartment Manager. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• English writing skills
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Confident that sales skills and personality will yield high productivity
• Transferable sales experience, or prior leasing experience at other management companies
• Organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work
• Ability to climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator
