About The Position
We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Ypsilanti; The Pines of Cloverlane. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can-do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you! Applicants required to work weekends.
Requirements
- Driver's License (Required)
- Apartment Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Yardi & Yieldstar experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting existing and potential residents
- Showing and renting apartments
- Qualifying applicants
- Follow-up with potential residents
- Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
- Handling resident issues
- General clerical duties
- Social Media Management
