About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive individuals for a Leasing Agent position at our San Antigua property, which features 320 apartment units. We offer training for applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, including one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education a plus.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
