Requirements
- Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management.
- HVAC Certification is REQUIRED.
- Must provide own tools.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Train and guide other service staff.
- Act as a team leader.
- Assist with completing service requests.
- Assist team with make-readies and upgrading apartments, efficiently and effectively scheduling the team to ensure work orders and make-readies are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by the Property Manager.
