About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician for Avenues at Creekside, a 395-unit property. This role requires supervisory experience in multifamily property management and the ability to train and guide service staff. The Lead Maintenance Technician will assist with service requests, apartment make-readies, and upgrades, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks. This position also involves assisting with various projects as assigned by the Property Manager and being on call per a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will be a team leader, capable of scheduling and overseeing the work of the maintenance team.

Requirements

Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED.
HVAC Certification is REQUIRED.
Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day.
Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule.
Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation.
Must live or be able to relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of the property location.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required.

Responsibilities
