About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins, maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms, and perform trash outs and cleaning of vacated units as needed. You will also assist with make-ready preparations as directed, perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards, and support the on-site team by working collaboratively with all staff members. This role requires working overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required, following all company policies and procedures, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stable work history
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
