About The Position
Kibo is hiring a Groundskeeper for our Crossville multifamily portfolio. You'll be the person who makes a strong first impression on residents and visitors by keeping our communities clean, safe and well cared for. If you like working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in your work, you'll fit right in with our team.
Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment safely
- Good communication skills and basic computer skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working on your own across several sites
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record (MVR) check before starting
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial or related experience
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Keep common areas clean and looking good across multiple properties, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, breezeways, pool areas and trash collection areas
- Handle daily upkeep like picking up litter, blowing debris, pressure washing, changing light bulbs and removing snow
- Help the maintenance team with service requests and light repairs
- Spot and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues right away
- Look after tools, equipment and supplies so they stay in good working order
- Treat residents and coworkers with friendly, professional communication
- Use a phone or computer to check email and work in company software
