Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational and financial results.
Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
Own the community's financial performance through budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, forecasting, and achievement of operational goals.
Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, retention, compliance, and operational excellence.
