About The Position

We seek to hire a full-time Groundskeeper based in North Dallas, TX, to join our Creekside at Pear Ridge and Gates de Provence Apartment teams. Your role is to ensure the communities are well-maintained and attractive for residents and guests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of groundskeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in managing priorities.
• Understand basic instructions and complete tasks promptly.
• Able to juggle multiple projects while producing high-quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
• Passion for cleaning and making the community attractive.
• Reliable
• English and Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

• Daily inspections of the community for cleanliness
• Pick up and remove trash from the office and community areas.
• Perform cleaning functions while operating various equipment.
• Pressure wash
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Properly store materials.
• Report damages or community issues promptly
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Complete other assigned tasks
• Be flexible in assisting and working at nearby sister properties.
• Monday - Tuesday at Creekside at Pear Ridge
• Wednesday - Friday at Gates de Provence
