Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and pride in your work!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
- Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process
- Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
- Caring for the pool and related equipment
- Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
- Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
