Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to join our property management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our apartment homes and common areas are consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for current and future residents. You’ll take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and have a strong eye for detail that helps our properties stand out.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred (1–3 years ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to be on your feet and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Turnover cleaning of vacant apartments (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, etc.)
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas and shared spaces
- Ensuring all units meet company cleanliness standards prior to move-in
- Reporting maintenance or property concerns as needed
- Supporting the overall appearance and presentation of the property
