About The Position

Marsden is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Morning Apartment Cleaner for our location in Apple Valley, MN. This role involves cleaning the common areas of an apartment complex, adhering to strict sanitation policies. The position requires a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, totaling 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must own a reliable car
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety
