Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Be able to do mental math for cash transactions.
• Possess written, oral, and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to stand, walk or be in movement during working hours, which can be up to 10 hours in a shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crawl (possible).
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to be exposed to chilly or hot weather.
• Ability for occasional ascending or descending on ladders or ramps.
• Ability for frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.

Responsibilities

• Engage: Meet new people, greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Ask and Educate: Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials based on their needs.
• Embody: Uphold the Dutch Bros culture, focusing on relationships.
• Be Consistent: Ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered, adhering to core values of speed, quality, and service.
• Be Positive: Radiate optimism and make others feel valued.
• Be Reliable: Show up to work on time and ready, communicate availability needs, and follow proper call out procedures.
• Help out: Be prepared to support as needed.
