About The Position
Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician for Avenues at Creekside, a 395-unit property managed by Adara Communities. This role involves assisting with service requests, apartment turnovers (make-readies), and upgrades, as well as supporting various projects under the direction of the Lead Maintenance Technician. The position requires on-call availability and the ability to provide personal tools and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience working in the apartment community industry is REQUIRED
- HVAC License is REQUIRED
- Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Pools and General Maintenance
- Must provide own tools
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must live or be able to relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property location
Responsibilities
- Assist with completing service requests
- Assist with make readies and upgrading apartments
- Assist with various projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance Technician
- Be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
