Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you will assist with daily service requests, support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades, perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep, work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects, help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community, participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled, use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Year(s) apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
  • Valid HVAC License
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
  • A personal set of basic hand tools
  • Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
