About The Position

Adara Communities is hiring an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician for The Redland, a 276-unit property. The role supports day-to-day property maintenance and resident service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The technician assists with service requests, unit make-readies and upgrades, general repairs, and assigned projects alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician. The position also includes scheduled participation in the on-call rotation and requires the employee to use and professionally maintain their own tools. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
Valid HVAC license.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
Personal set of basic hand tools.
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
