About The Position
Franklin Educational Services is seeking an engaging, experienced AP Tutor to work one-on-one with a bright high school student. The student is academically capable and performs well on tests but needs support with homework completion, organization, time management, focus, planning, and follow-through. This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys connecting with teenagers and helping capable students develop the organization, study habits, and independence needed to succeed academically.
Requirements
- Experience working with high school/AP students
- Strong academic background and excellent study skills
- Engaging, patient, organized, and able to provide structure and accountability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with executive functioning or academic coaching is preferred
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with a high school student.
- Provide support with homework completion, organization, time management, focus, planning, and follow-through.
- Help students develop organization, study habits, and independence.
