About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a vendor transition initiative supporting the rollout of a new PO/AP system. This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

Experience in project management, vendor management, and accounts payable
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to track data, analyze performance, and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Lead vendor outreach and onboarding, guiding vendors through system transition
Manage project timelines, milestones, and overall performance tracking
Monitor KPIs and build basic reporting to measure progress and success
Review vendor contracts and support vendor compliance activities
Partner with Accounts Payable on invoicing and operational processes
Ensure data accuracy across vendor setup, invoicing, and reporting
Communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive progress
