About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a vendor transition initiative supporting the rollout of a new PO/AP system. This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • Experience in project management, vendor management, and accounts payable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to track data, analyze performance, and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor outreach and onboarding, guiding vendors through system transition
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and overall performance tracking
  • Monitor KPIs and build basic reporting to measure progress and success
  • Review vendor contracts and support vendor compliance activities
  • Partner with Accounts Payable on invoicing and operational processes
  • Ensure data accuracy across vendor setup, invoicing, and reporting
  • Communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive progress
