About The Position

Kiewit Business Services (KBS) is looking for a people-focused leader to join our Accounts Payable team as an AP Processing Supervisor. In this role, you'll lead a team of AP professionals, drive operational performance, champion continuous improvement, and help deliver exceptional service across the organization. Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Finance, or Accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 AP Leads and Specialists.
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and employee development.
  • Manage daily workloads and team priorities to ensure service, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of operational enhancements.
  • Monitor team performance and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain procedures, training materials, and departmental documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
