Requirements

• 2+ years of AP/AR experience
• Strong accounting and organizational skills
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and dealership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices
• Prepare vendor payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized accounting records
• Assist with month-end reporting and accruals
• Post and apply customer payments accurately
• Monitor balances and aging reports
• Assist with collections and account follow-up
• Support warranty receivables and manufacturer incentives
