About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. No AP or accounting experience required; full training provided. This is a great opportunity to start a career in finance or business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Excel helpful)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Process and organize vendor invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders/receipt
- Assist with check/ACH payment runs
- Maintain AP files and documentation
- Support vendor statement reconciliations
- Help with general data entry and month-end tasks
