We’re gearing up for the launch of our AOS Welding Associate Degree Program—and we need outstanding welding faculty to make it happen! This role involves maintaining accurate student records, advising students on attendance, grades, and discipline, and creating and maintaining a safe learning environment. Instructors are responsible for managing, issuing, inspecting, repairing, and teaching proper handling of classroom tools. They also manage and maintain classroom equipment, evaluate and order parts, and perform repairs. A key responsibility is to use experience to continuously evaluate and ensure the relevance of the curriculum. Instructors must conform to prescribed record-keeping methods, communicate promptly regarding necessary supplies, and maintain working field knowledge through continuing education and professional development. Attendance at semi-annual graduation ceremonies is mandatory.
