We’re gearing up for the launch of our AAS and AOS Welding Associate Degree Program—and we need outstanding welding faculty to make it happen! This role involves maintaining accurate student records, advising students on attendance, grades, and discipline, and ensuring a safe classroom environment. The instructor will manage, issue, inspect, repair, and teach proper handling of classroom tools. As a representative of the school, you will communicate, support, and enforce school policies and procedures. You will also ensure an ethical and fair testing environment during testing periods and maintain classroom equipment through evaluation, inspection, parts ordering, and repair. A key responsibility is to use your experience to constantly evaluate the curriculum for relevance and conform to prescribed methods of record keeping. Prompt communication regarding necessary supplies and essentials for students is expected. To stay current, instructors must maintain working field knowledge through continuing education and demonstrate continuing professional development. Attendance at semi-annual graduation ceremonies is mandatory.
