Antitrust Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
About The Position
Morrison Foerster is seeking a mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role involves civil litigation, including taking/defending depositions, drafting court filings, and managing large-scale investigations, as well as potential involvement in M+A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge of Antitrust matters, prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency, a strong work ethic, excellent leadership and communication skills, and strong academic credentials. Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in
